SUMMER OF SPEED
swing SPEED TRAINING FOR GOLF (4 sessions)
Build strength, improve flexibility, increase clubhead speed & understand body mechanics
Do you want to hit the ball farther but nothing seems to work? Tired of being the shortest hitter in your group? Do you notice no matter how hard you swing you just cant keep up with your friends? Do you find yourself spending the first 6 holes trying to “warm up” or sore after a round of golf?

BOOT CAMP OVERVIEW:
4-week program to improve clubhead speed, swing efficiency, and physical fitness to safely generate more power in the golf swing. Led by industry experts Erik Johnson and Will Kropp (bios below).

WHAT YOU GET:

- Customized at-home drills for training between sessions
- Access to Foresight GCHawk golf simulator and The Stack System speed training tools

session details
Each training session will be comprised of 3 stations:
Station 1 is led by TPI certified trainer Erik Johnson focused on fitness, conditioning, and muscle activation to safely prepare and optimize the body for the golf swing
Station 2 is focused on gaining speed in the golf swing using The Stack System training tools.
Station 3 is led by golf instructor and former Korn Ferry player Will Kropp focused on transferring these movements into the golf swing on the GCHawk simulator.
Data will be captured at each station for tracking progress through the 4-week program.
At-home drills will also be issued for continued development between sessions and beyond completion of the Speed Training Series.
At the completion of each session the students will also be given the opportunity to relax in the Dogleg Brewing Co tasting room over a complimentary pint or taster flight of Dogleg beer.

Basic movement awareness to improve power, speed training, golf swing mechanics.

Integrated movement competency to maximize power, continued speed training and golf swing mechanics.
WEEK 4: August 16, 10:45am/12:00pm
Skills/Speed tests, present follow-up program options and long-term home drills
about the instructors:
WILL KROPP, Professional Golfer & Instructor

WILL KROPP is a golf instructor at Goat Hill Park in Oceanside, CA. Former All-American at the University of Oklahoma. Past Champion on the PGA Tour Americas and 4-year member of the PGA Tour Korn Ferry. Will currently runs the GHP Caddie Academy at Goat Hill Park which is a 501(c) non profit program that provides a paid working opportunity for kids ages 13-18 to learn and understand the game of golf by becoming a caddie.
ERIK JOHNSON, Coaching Director for Nakoa Fit in Carlsbad

ERIK JOHNSON is the Coaching Director for Nakoa Fit in Carlsbad, CA. Erik is TPI certified and holds a Masters Degree in Sports Science/Performance. He has spent many years researching and teaching high level athletic programming that will transform any average Joe into a stunner athlete! If you want to improve your golf swing, Erik will get you dialed.
