Calling all book lovers, mystery fans, and Halloween enthusiasts! Join us at Dogleg Brewing Co. on Saturday, October 10 from 6–8 PM for a Spooky Book Swap filled with good books, good beer, and a little Halloween magic.

Bring 2–3 gently used books you’re ready to pass along and swap them for up to 3 new-to-you reads. Whether you're into thrillers, mysteries, witchcraft, spooky stories, or Halloween reads, there’s something waiting to make its way onto your bookshelf.


$10 Entry — Includes a Beer (or N/A beverage)


A portion of the event proceeds will support the San Diego Council on Literacy, helping promote literacy and access to books throughout our community.


Come browse, swap, sip, and discover your next favorite read! Grab a friend, bring your books, and get ready for a spooky night at Dogleg.


BOOK SWAP GUIDELINES

  • Bring 2–3 gently used books to participate
  • Take home up to 3 books
  • Books should be in good, readable condition
  • No fighting over books :-)
  • Spooky-themed books are encouraged, but all genres are welcome!
